   Create your invoice for free

   Fill in your business, your client and your lines. The preview shows exactly what prints; if something is missing you see it before printing.

2. 2

   Download as PDF

   Download the invoice as a PDF, no account, on your phone too. To keep and send it, create a free account (3 sent invoices per month, 5 clients). Your draft comes with you.

   Check and send

   Your invoice is waiting in your account. Complete any missing details and email it to your client with a secure link, or share the link yourself.

   Track the status

   You see when your client opens the invoice. Payment arrived, or did your client click I have paid? One click marks the invoice as paid. Your overview shows what is open, what is overdue and what needs you.

   Pro: reminders handled

   With Pro, Factando sends a heads-up 3 days before the due date and one reminder after it. At most 2 emails per invoice. The day before, Factando asks you whether it is already paid, so nobody gets a reminder by mistake.

   Pro: repeat, VAT and bank

   Send fixed invoices automatically every month, quarter or year, see your VAT per quarter split into the boxes of the VAT return, and let Factando match payments from your bank statement (CSV) to your invoices.
