Yes. 3 sent invoices per calendar month and 5 clients, forever, no credit card. Drafts don't count toward the allowance. New accounts start with 14 days of Pro and then move to Free unless you choose Pro.

With Pro, Factando emails your client a heads-up 3 days before the due date and one reminder once the invoice is overdue, at most 2 emails per invoice, each with the PDF and invoice link. You can switch reminders off in Settings; marking an invoice as paid stops them.

Not through a bank connection. You mark an invoice as paid, your client can click “I have paid” on the invoice, and with Pro you upload your bank statement (CSV): Factando finds which invoices were paid and you confirm. The day before every reminder, Pro also asks you whether the invoice is already paid, so paid clients never get a reminder.

With Pro, open an invoice and choose Repeat: every month, quarter or year. On that day Factando makes a new invoice with the same lines, VAT and payment term, with the next invoice number, and emails it to your client (or prepares it as a draft if you prefer). You get an email each time, and you can pause or stop it at any moment.

No, but Pro shows your revenue and VAT per quarter, already split into the boxes of the Dutch VAT return (1a, 1b, 1e, 3b), including the list for the EC sales list. You copy the numbers; input VAT from your costs you add yourself.

Every new account gets 14 days of Pro, no credit card: automatic reminders, the “already paid?” check, recurring invoices, the VAT overview and bank statement matching. Three days before the end you get an email. Choose Pro and reminders keep running; do nothing and you move to Free (3 sent invoices a month). Nothing is deleted.

Your data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt) and every connection is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored hashed, never readable. Factando has no access to your bank account: there is no bank connection, and payment matching works from a CSV you upload yourself. We never sell or share your data, and you can have your account deleted at any time.

Almost. The iDEAL payment link is built: you connect your own Mollie account, and every invoice (email, PDF and web page) gets a “Pay now with iDEAL” button. The money goes straight to your account; Mollie charges about €0.32 per payment and Factando adds nothing. It goes live shortly. Until then your IBAN and payment reference are on every invoice.

Your invoices are always yours. Every invoice is a PDF you can download at any time, and Pro exports your full archive as CSV plus a UBL file per invoice that any accounting package reads. Should Factando ever stop, you get at least three months’ notice by email, and in that period everyone, Free included, can export everything.

Yes, from the Billing page (Stripe portal, two clicks). Pro stays active until the end of the paid period; you then return to Free and keep everything you created.

Invoices carry sequential numbers per year, your VAT ID, the client's details and the VAT breakdown, with the statutory wording for reverse charge and the KOR exemption. Factando blocks sending until the legally required fields are present.

Pro Teams (€30/month or €270/year excl. VAT) lets up to 5 people work in the same account: same clients, invoices, quotes and numbering. You invite people by email from the Team page. Team members can create and send invoices but cannot change billing or company settings. Your accountant gets their own read-only login with all exports, free and not counted among the 5 users.

Email it from Factando with a secure link and the PDF attached, share the link yourself, or download the PDF.

Nothing is lost: the invoice waits as a draft until next month, or you upgrade to Pro for that month (€12 excl. VAT) and cancel afterwards. Drafts are never deleted.

Those are bookkeeping systems that also make invoices: bank connection, ledgers, VAT return. Factando is only the invoice and the follow-up. If you already have an accountant, you don’t need a second ledger, you need correct invoices and to know who still owes you.
